‘I’ve found it’s getting harder and harder to find true craftsman and people willing to repair things today and I can honestly say Karen is one of those people.
Lots of people told me to just throw away my old office chair and buy a new one but after having it for nearly 30 years it had become like and old reliable friend, it was however pretty beaten up, torn and the foam was, well past it’s best. I searched and searched for someone to re-upholster it, but many wanted a fortune to carry out the work.
I then by chance found Karen’s website and after speaking to her I felt comfortable letting her take on the challenge and I have to say I’m so pleased with the end results and again it’s like having my old friend back again. Karen’s work is exceptional, she is deeply knowledgeable in her field and a joy to work with. It was worth every penny I paid and I’m so glad I did.’
